Kinesthetics

One area we need to work on is getting the right people to sit down and experience.

We should find out how many people buying are kinesthetics.  That is, they like the feel of the chair, rather than the look or utility.

We should learn to spot the kinesthetics as they walk by.  Look for Birkenstock sandles, comfortable clothes and shaggy hair.

Kinesthetics sign on a pole in the middle of the chairs:  “Feet tired?  Comfortable Seating Reserved for the Truly Deserving.  Please see the attendant for your reservation.”

Or

“Rest Stop for Comfort Seekers”

q       Approach:  “Would you like to get off your feet for five minutes?  We have five minutes of free lounge time available!”

The entire presentation must then be in terms a kinesthetic will relate with easily.
